A One-Off fee may be charged at the first lesson for a MiniMe Mindfulness® T-Shirt, MiniMeMindfulness® Drawstring bag and MiniMe Mindfulness® Journal. See your class description for details. This can be paid at the class by card/cash or invoiced via a payment link to the email address the class was booked through.
Payments will be returned if a class has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved.
MiniMe Mindfulness® or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class.
MiniMe Mindfulness® reserve the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.

You must declare if you DO NOT want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change to emma@minimemindfulness.co.uk.
Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.
You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.
We do not issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances
If there are any sessions missed due to typical bad weather, where travel to/from the venue is not advised, then MiniMe Mindfulness® will offer a make-up session, or parents will be refunded.
If there are any issues (health, physical or emotional) that you think may impact the activities that are held within MiniMe Mindfulness®, such as closing eyes for meditation or talking about feelings and emotions please notify us via emma@minimemindfulness.co.uk.
