Terms & Conditions


  • A One-Off fee may be charged at the first lesson for a MiniMe Mindfulness® T-Shirt, MiniMeMindfulness® Drawstring bag and MiniMe Mindfulness® Journal. See your class description for details. This can be paid at the class by card/cash or invoiced via a payment link to the email address the class was booked through.
  • Payments will be returned if a class has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved.
  • MiniMe Mindfulness® or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class.
  • MiniMe Mindfulness® reserve the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.
  • You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing us at - emma@minimemindfulness.co.uk.
  • You must declare if you DO NOT want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change to emma@minimemindfulness.co.uk.
  • Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.
  • You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.
  • We do not issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances
  • If there are any sessions missed due to typical bad weather, where travel to/from the venue is not advised, then MiniMe Mindfulness® will offer a make-up session, or parents will be refunded.
  • If there are any issues (health, physical or emotional) that you think may impact the activities that are held within MiniMe Mindfulness®, such as closing eyes for meditation or talking about feelings and emotions please notify us via emma@minimemindfulness.co.uk.
